Returns & Exchanges


Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on:


  • Raw hair bundles
  • Closures
  • Frontals
  • Wigs
  • Sale items


If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Hair Care Products Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges on unopened and unused hair care products within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for:

  • Opened or used hair care products
  • Products with broken or missing seals
  • Sale or clearance items

Haute Hair reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above requirements.
